Sending text messages via alert

All,

  We ae running v6.2 on Linux. We have successfully sent out text messages from alert config. However approx. 2 weeks ago, the text alerts quick working in our PROD environment, (still work on test). Is there somewhere I can check to see what would be the differences between the 2 environments?

   I tested both environments using Option –> Site Preferences –> alert configuration. I got the test environment to send out text but not PROD.

You should look in the hcimonitord log file to see if you are getting an error or what other information might be in there about your alert.

What we have done in the past is to send an email to the TEXT number depending the carrier of the phone.
