Sending ACK from Inbound thread

Hello, all

I have an inbound thread which recived inbound message and generated ACK as I see in the log file, but souce system claimed that they didnt receive the ACK , and then it end up with receiving identiical messages over and over in cloverleaf. For short period of time i saw the thread status of UP and quickly back to opening again, not sure whatelse need to look into, any idea?

Hongle Sun,

I suspect the sending system is closing the connection shortly after sending, thus not able to receive the ack back on the (now closed) connection.  I would confirm with the sending system that they are configured to maintain a persistent connection.
