Sending 195K messages from a SMAT DB

      I have 195K message stashed in a SMAT DB file and would like to send them out using the SMAT DB page in the IDE.  Unfortunately, the IDE only lets me see the first 28 pages of messages (at 200 messages per page).  

      Are all the messages selected or only those that I can see?  Do I need to find another method for sending these messages?

          I would find another vehicle to send this large quantity of messages.  What if there is a need to restart, how will this be managed?
