Why are sem files generated and do we need to worry about them?  Can they be deleted or is there a utility to delete them?

Hi Jason,

These are semaphore files. Don’t delete them while your site is running, otherwise you could end up with a situation where the system can’t make any new semaphores because the maximum is reached.
