segment out of order question

i am setting up an xlate in version 2.4 and am getting segments out of order and having issues finding out why. maybe cause it’s friday afternoon of a 3 day weekend.

My IB variant is the same as the OB variant.

I don’t see enough of your variant but I am going to guess the EVN segment is defined as required and the data coming in does not have that segment.

If that is the case you have 2 choices:

1. Request the sending system send the EVN (first make sure they don’t send it ever)).

2. change the inbound variant to define the EVN segment as optional for the DFT message in question
