Resend from a file in GM?

I want to give the ability for Users to resend test messages but don’t want to give them access to the GUI. I looked in GM but can’t see if you can resend messages using a file.

Is there a way of doing this using GM?

Has anyone given access to their users (not talking about Cloverleaf developers) to be able to resend messages?

If you can’t is there the ability to limit their access in the GUI to a site and not be able to change any tables/tcl scripts or really anything in net monitor?

We are on 19.1.1 in test and 6.1.2 in Production.

I would say you would need advanced security to limit what they can do in the GUI or GM.

As for resending from a file within GM.  If it is a static file you can create a remote user command script that they can execute to resend whatever is in that file but again you would want to have advanced security otherwise any user that can run scripts can execute it.

Is there a reason you don’t use the resend functionality from within GM?

On another note.  I am also getting ready to upgrade from 6.1.2 to 19.1 on AIX.  Have you encountered anything unusual?
