Resend and smat load hang when attempting to deal with..

a message that is 70663…with embedded base64 RTF file.

this message will not resend (hangs engine) and it  prevents loading the SMAT that it is part of? Smat tool hangs

any ideas?

resends when using nl…..

but when i attempt to deal with this as a len10 or parse it using SMAT……tool hangs

Robert,

For files with ASCII characters above the 127 line, I have resent using

“binary” encoding.  We are running AIX TL 7 SP4 virtualized and engine

5.8.6.0.

We have not had any problems in extracting files like the one you describe; however, we did apply Revision 6 which fixes some issues

with SMAT and inbound encoding on resends.  See Release Notes for

more details.

This might not be a complete answer for your situation.

But hope it provides some help to you.
