Red Unlicensed showing on sites even though we are

We have had a red unlicensed showing up on our sites the past couple of days and we are fully licensed.

  At the command line run the command: hcihostid
  
  Compare the output against the license file:
  
  cat $HCIROOT/vers/licence.dat (Unix)
  
  type %HCIROOT%verslicense.dat (Windows)
  
  Did the host ID change. If so get with your Sys Admin and find out why
