Is CL 5.7 in the process or has it been certified to run with RedHat ES 5.4, 5.3 or 5.2. We are currently planning the upgrade to CL 5.7 and found that the earliest version of RH ES we can download is 5.2.
I’m with Healthvision, but still very new. ES 5.1 is indeed the latest certified release, I checked the documentation as well. Send an email to techsupport@healthvision.com to get the official word.
We’re working on upgrading from 5.7 to 5.8. Because they are certified for different versions of Linux, it seems that Cloverleaf and Linux can’t be upgraded independently.
In other words, if we upgrade Linux from RH 5.1 to RH 5.4, Cloverleaf 5.7 might stop working. Is there a way around this? It would be nice to be able to have the upgraded 5.8 sites staged on the same server as our current 5.7 production, then we would only have to stop the 5.7 and start the 5.8. Having to schedule a Linux upgrade will lengthen the downtime when we do the upgrade. Other than having a new server to swap in for our production server, what’s the best way of doing this?
