Realizing an Ack was not Returned

When I fail to get an ACK back from an ancillary system, how can I set up some sort of notifcation?

Randy,

In the Outbound tab of your OB thread, check Await Replies and give it a Timeout value according to your need. Then within the Reply ‘generation’, put a tcl to send an email or whatever you need.
