QCMetrix and the NSQIP – anybody?

I am working on a new single client deployment in a “locked down” XP environment for the SCNR workstation, Attunity Connect, and QCMITT (catcher’s mitt) wares from QCMetrix.  Then comes the ETL’s from Horizon Surgical Manager 10.07.    

Is anyone out there using the COMACX component in a homegrown .NET app?
