Publishing just the netmonitor on citrix

Is there a way to just publish the netmonitor executable in citrix for view only? I would like to set this up for the help desk, so they can view the status of the threads.

  I think that is either Global Monitor; or Advanced Security; or if all they will be doing is watching, construct a web based viewer.

  Is there a way to show the NetMonitor (graphically) in a web page (without using Global Monitor)? If so, I’d love to get my hands on that code.
  
  Specifically, we need a way to show the links between the threads so support can follow the work flow of a message.
