There are only 2 threads in the process and is setup for ADT. I have done a hcidbinit of the recovery, error and ICL registry databases. I have shutdown all the processes, the Quovadx service and rebooted the server.
There are no DB_VISTA errors listed in the log files. I have enabled debugging in the log and nothing jumps out at me.
I also grabbed the last ADT mesages processed and resent them thinking that there may be a formating issue, but they process without an issue.
