process hanging

I’m using windows system, version 5.3 rev 3.

I have this one process that is hanging. There is nothing in the log files to indicate what the issue is. The only way I can get out of the situation is by doing a site clean-up. There are 9 thread attached to this process. So far this week it has hung 6 times.

Any thoughts?

My suggestion would be to take a look at all the procs that may be in use within the process.
