printing barcode from order to labelprinter

Is there a way to print order information ( barcode, name and requested exam ) to a label printer directly from the tcl-script ?

As we will be hashing some Information from an external system into our labsystem, we would like to have the oppertunity to print a label on a labelprinter. (which is also hashed)

I have experience in putting this information in an (html) email.  but I can’t really find out what the best format is for the printer. ( mainly the barcode) .

The printer is a tcp-ip printer so i think it should (theoretically) work?  We script on the cloverleaf server which is windows based ( server 2016)

I have not tried it but you may be able to download a 3of9 barcode font to your system and then just use that font when sending data to the printer.
