Possible to translate msgTimeStartIb?

Is it possible to translate these into a date/time? I need to know when a message had come through. Also, does anyone have a little script that they are willing to share that reads the error DB and e-mails a report?

You can use this for the integer portion

The result is ‘Sun Feb 26 13:48:07 EST 2006’.

I believe the number of seconds since Dec 31, 1969 @ 19:00 is represented by this number. The difference between the 2 numbers would represent the lag….or lack of lag. Depends on your slant.
