PM and Outbox Issue

In the past, I’ve been able to send PMs to other users without issue. I recently received a PM. When I tried to respond, it seems like the message is getting stuck in the Outbox and not the Sentbox. Is this person receiving my PM? Is there a reason it is not going to the Sentbox?

  PM as in Private Message. I’m having issues with the PM Box feature of this forum. This was the best board I could think of to post this issue.
