      Has anyone seen a panic to this nature?

          Sorry to bump this, but we just saw this same error on the same OS/Cloverleaf revision.

          Did you ever find out the source?

            Unfortunately, Its been so long, I don’t remember.  Hopefully, someone else with some knowledge will chime in.
