Package require timefuncs error

We are getting the following error on our test server.  However, it is working fine for most of the sites with the exception of three newly created sites.  Did I miss an entry somewhere?  Why would it be working for some and not all.  Everything I’ve checked so far looks the same.

Never mind…we found it.   The person who wrote this originally put it under the site tclprocs directory instead of placing at the more global root tclprocs directory.
