Hello Everyone,

This is our 1st Orders Interface

We are interfacing HBO to KBT

We are on Windows 2000, 381 Rev6

When configuring the xlate output from a frl to Hl7 2.3.1 ORDERS

we get a choice of ORM_o01_OMDo01, ORM_o01_OMNo01 and so on about 5 different choice.

We are not sure which one to Pick

And do we also Pick the ORU_R01?

  Depending on what McKesson product you are referring to, depends on what message type to use. Normally, a generic orders interface uses ORM^O01.

  ORU_R01 is specific for Lab Results interface.
