      Greetings Cloverleafers!!!

I am using “wild card routes” and getting this “No routes defined for TrxId ‘ORU_R01′” error. Everything got routed and xlated, how come I still have err in my error log?

      Messages

         ORU.*

              xlate cis_rad_out

      Wild Card Route (checked)

      Thanks!

      Sam

A couple of suggestions for things to look for.

Is there a message in the error database?  If so check source and destination connections for that errored message.  Also, make sure it is not failing due to a tcl proc.

2nd, are you killing inbound replies from receiving system (killing the ACKS).  If not the messages will attempt to get sent back through the threads the opposite direction.

You stated that the message was getting routed and Xlated successfully, so it shouldn’t be your existing route configuration.

            Ryan,

You are absolutely right, I looked at the source of the err msgs, they are for an IB thread, which I setup as pdl-tcpip, but didn’t route its msgs to any destination. I routed it to /dev/null and no err msg now.

The Wild Card Route, ORM.* or ORU.* work fine, btw. I did await/kill ib reply.

            Thanks very much!
