Has anyone had any luck with configuring the process status alert? I’m trying to get it to trigger when a engine process stops. Is there anything quirky about it?

I did read the documentation about it and still can’t get an email going when I stop the engine process. I know the email works because that triggers like it should when I set it up for a thread status alert.

Anybody have any insight? I just may have to call support on this one.

More food for thought:

Changed from dead to unknown status, and when engine process is dead, alert triggers. Started engine process back up. Modified alert to be dead for engine process status. When engine process is stopped, no trigger.

Sounds like a bug to me. What is unknown status anyway when dealing with an engien process? Is that when everthing looks like it is runnignn through gui, but all threadds are dead and you need to do hcimsiutil -pd to set them all as dead? I’ve had to do that before.
