Enhancement short description:Unlock the Netmonitor files when a “file exit” is performed on the IDE.

Enhancement Long Description:We’ve noticed that you must right click and close on the Netmonitor tab in the IDE to prevent the “file is locked…” message. I wonder if it is possible to remove the locks when someone clicks file, then exit on the IDE.
