need perl or tcl script to remove old files on Windows

I am cycling my logs and would like to have a script that I can schedule to delete old cloverleaf files (old smat files, old revision files).

Does any have a script file (can be dos batch file, perl or tcl) that runs on Windows that they would be willing to share with me?

It would be so easy in the unix env using find command but am struggling to set this up on windows.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
