NCPDP_SCRIPT-V10.6 question

I’m trying to build an RX history/response interface with our state HIE, and I’m running into problems. We’ve got Cloverleaf 6.1.2, and it includes a format file in NCPDP_SCRIPT-V10.6.zip. This format doesn’t seem to match what the state is expecting. Their specifications are here:

For example, on the RxHistoryRequest, they want the provider formatted like this:

But it looks like the Cloverleaf format is like this:

           HPI
         
       

Which one of these is following the standard? How would I get an XSD file that matches what the HIE is expecting?

Doesn’t the State provide a schema?

It appears to me they are not using the standard  or if they are it is a different standard.

I don’t think they have published a schema. I’ve only seen the documentation that I linked to in my prior post.
