mutilple obrs/obxs shuffling

Hello, I would like to shuffle the inbound msg with mutilple obrs/obxs and generate one obr semgent with mutil-obxs(re-assigned a new sequential obx number), thanks for the help…

  How are you determining which OBR to keep or what information from each OBR to keep?
  
  How are you determining what order you want the OBX’s in?
  
  This is probably something that sounds best to be done in a tcl script instead of an xlate
