multi-entity Cloverleaf setup attaching to one EMR

Hi,

I’m looking for sites that went through the thought process of configuring Cloverleaf and HA (AIX box) for multiple entities that would connect to one EMR instance (Epic/Cerner).

The entities would be 1 or more hospitals per entity.

I’m interested in how you managed downtimes.

For example – if you grouped all entities on one Clover HA environment, do you have downtimes that affect all Hospitals.  If not, how did you prevent it?

If you separated the entities, did you run separate physical hardware – or different virtual servers on the same hardware?
