MQSeries Usage

Has anyone installed and used MQSeries from CloverLeaf MQ to IBM Main Frame MQ?  We are trying to decide whether native MQ to MQ is best or if we should use IP to get MQ to the MF and then keep MQ transactions exclusively on the MF.

OS = AIX 5.1

CL = 5.3.2

Any information regarding installation and set up would be helpful.

Also if you installed it, was it unidirectionally from CL to MF (or vise-versa), relying on the MQ-level ACK or did you use an additional return channel to send back an Application Level Relpy?
