Monitoring CPU use per process on cloverleaf

Hi all,

In our cloverleaf a process exists that occasionally claims an appreciable amount of CPU without doing anything in particular.

But it has a big negative influence on the overall functionality of our cloverleaf machine. Has anyone any experience with the definition of an alert which does the following:

If process x claims 15% CPU or more  for more than x minutes trigger an alert.

Alternatively a little more generic would also be helpfull:

if one of cloverleaf processes claim 15% CPU or more  for more than x minutes trigger an alert.

Anyone?
