Modified Route Test with syntax highlighting

Hello all,

I whipped up a quick hack, out of personal necessity, to make hciroutetestshowbydest display messages on a color xterm (or equivalent) with readable linebreaks and basic syntax highlighting for various segments.  This will have to be run in a shell with ANSI color support and not through the GUI.  Enjoy and have fun modifying.

FYI, there’s a typo on the regsub for ORC (changing it to OBC).
