I had recent situation whereby an inbound tps proc was accidentally/unknowingly DELETED- followed by a restart of the process.
The missing proc went unnoticed for a couple of days preventing msgs from crossing over to the outbound thread.
Other that looking at the logs themselves or looking at the FAILED stats, it can be easily missed.
Is there a way for a thread to be shutdown automatically when a proc is missing ?
It seems that for such a critical/obvious error, CL6 should force the thread to shutdown rather than just post an error and then continue normally.
Thanks,
Tom
