MIME tools for Tcl?

We would like to process e-mail messages through Cloverleaf.  SMTP is not supported as a native protocol, so we are looking to add the functionality through Tcl procs.  In the old days, most e-mail messages arrived as simple text messages.  Now they are almost all multi-part MIME messages.  Does anyone have Tcl tools for parsing the MIME parts of an e-mail message?

It is pure Tcl and has (among lots of other things) an API for MIME.  Hope it helps.
