Messages Lost in VPN

      We are receiving a batch of co path charges from another hospital outside our network daily. They are using VPN to put this batch to a port from where we pick it up daily. We are sending ACK/NACKS for messages we receive.  Recently we saw couple of occasions where messages lost from top of the batch file they (outside organization) sends us. They did not receive the ACKS for the lost messages either. But they are claiming they did sent those charges in the batch. So my concern is what happened to those messages? Any body experiencing problems like this? Any thoughts/suggestions most welcome.

          Cloverleaf *NEVER* loses messages unless it’s a configuration error.  ðŸ˜€

          If they never received an ACK then Cloverleaf never received it.

          They should continue retrying until they receive an ACK and not skip messages.
