MessageID missing between Ibound and OBound messages

I am using three processes, each using a separate TRXIDS and hence separate translates to send charges from three difference sources to an EPIC interface. Problem I am seeing is in messages from one batch I kept loosing message control IDS when it goes over the engine. This I found by checking IbSMAT and ObSMAT.  In this problem batch message IDs are in inbound SMAT but not in OBSMAT. But in case of other two batches merssageIDs are perfect, no problem at all. I scheduled all these b atches one time a day and they are all huge batches, each one may have minimum 1000 messages in it.

The problem I am having here is for the batch where control IDs is missing I am not in a position to compare against the ACKS I am getting when there is no message ID present.

Anybody has any suggestion?
