Message stops in State 1

Hello Clovertechers.

Cloverleaf 5.7, Windows 2003 SP2 on VMWare

One of our customer has an annoying problem. From time to time message stops in State 1 and block all other trafic in that thread. The other threads / processes runs fine. It occures on different times of the day. The customer has 8-10 thread pairs, one IB and one OB, and it has happens on most of them over time.

It’s Fileset/local

I ask the customer to disable virus scan and backup, but if that doesn’t help I’m pretty out of ideas.

Anyone has anything smart to suggestion????

Is there an IB proc?  Every time I have seen a message stuck in State 1 it is because of a loop in a proc that, under certain conditions, becomes an infinate loop.

I can’t think of too many reasons a message would get stuck in State 1
