The operating system is Windows 2008, the version of Cloverleaf is 5.8.5.

      From this thread https://usspvlclovertch2.infor.com/viewtopic.php?t=5779 I found the following command:  hcisitectl -k m -s m -A “a=-cl ‘off.alrt'”.

However when executed on my platform I receive the following error message:  “Error:Failed to load alert file ‘off.alrt’: Alert config file does not exist in neither site nor master site”

I have created a dummy off.alrt file and have ensured the alert index has been updated in both the local site and also the master site.

Not sure what I am missing.  Any ideas?

Dang single quotes!  For Windows the following works:

          hcisitectl -k m -s m -A “a=-cl off.alrt”

Your syntax without the single quote also worked on AIX.

Been so long ago don’t remember how I learned of the syntax but probably something I copied and pasted and just never had an issue with it on AIX.

              Russ,

I heard someone say once that every day is a school day.  I learned several things from this exercise.  I do appreciate all that you share on this forum.
