We are upgrading from QDX5.6 to QDX5.8.  I’m trying to perform a site migration on two sites.  I’m unable to successfully complete a hcixltconvert or mktclindex on the new sites because I’m getting an error as follows when I run either command:

    Code:

/opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator/bin/hcitcl: error while loading shared libraries: libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Here is the complete log of my migration process:

    Code:

    [hci@foofootest ~]$ whoami
    hci
    [hci@foofootest ~]$ setroot /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator
    [hci@foofootest ~]$ showroot
    HCI root is /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator
    HCI site is summit_health
    [hci@foofootest ~]$ hcirootcopy /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sites

    Copy site summit2 [y]? y

Site already exists. Do you wish to continue? [y]? y
Could not open /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sites/summit2/siteInfo at /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator/bin/hcirootcopy line 266, line 2.
    [hci@foofootest ~]$ hcirootcopy /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sites

i’m running redhat 6.1 64 bit and was getting the same error.  I had to change yum.conf.  added multilib_policy=all. ran a yum clean all.  ran a yum install libidn and let it install the 32 bit library.  error gone.

We are getting the following errors when trying to setup/configure a VM with RedHat for Cloverleaf.  I believe the server is almost ready for the Cloverleaf software, this was the last step (running the yum groupinstall).

      Any ideas?

      This should do the trick

      yum install boost-math-1.41.0-18.el6.i686.rpm

      Thanks GertJan,

When we tried that, here is the response we get:

      [root@CHCPIM ~]# yum install boost-math-1.41.0-18.el6.i686.rpm

      Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, security, subscription-manager

      Setting up Install Process

      No package boost-math-1.41.0-18.el6.i686.rpm available.

      Error: Nothing to do

      Any other suggestions?  Thanks
