Leap second at 30/06/2015 23:59:60 GMT

Just checking if there is anything we have to look out for with the leap second that is being added at the end of the month.

I’m aware that if a system decides to use a timestamp of 23:59:60 GMT, the tcl clock functions will fail, although most systems will just use 00:00:00 GMT twice.

Is there any timer issues that may occur?

And should the sites be bounced after the event?
