To track this we have two alerts set up based on ‘Last Receive’.
The first alert has a time window between 6am & 10pm to throw an alert if it has been one hour since we last received a message.
The second alert has a time window NOT between 6am & 10pm to throw an alert if it has been two hours since the last message.
The alerts probably work 90% of the time, but every couple weeks the alarm will go off at 6:01 am. Our person on call checks the traffic and things are fine. This has happened half dozen times in the last 3 months and always seems to be at 6:01am.
I have searched the forum and see that others have had troubles with the ‘Last Recieve’ alert on occassion. Any ideas would be appreciated.
