      Good morning,

      We are in the process of upgrading to 19.1.2.1 and are testing SMAT dB resends and found that when we select all (124,134) messages (through the GUI) we get the follow output

      Command Issued:
      hcicmd -p cc_enterprise -c “CC_DD_IN resend_db ib_pre_tps /Cloverleaf/cis19.1/integrator/temp/tmp9afe8d0c66de9cb9__7e07cc7_179e6726774__7ffe_162307465699327 -e UTF-8 -E 0 -d sqlite -D”

      Command status: 0

      Command output:
      Response:
      Placed 0 msgs from file /Cloverleaf/cis19.1/integrator/temp/tmp9afe8d0c66de9cb9__7e07cc7_179e6726774__7ffe_162307465699327 into the ib_pre_tps queue

      As you can see no messages are processed. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a system parameter that needs to be adjusted?

      We are on AIX 7.1

      System parameter settings;

      root:u111t0002-/etc/security>ulimit -a
      time(seconds) unlimited
      file(blocks) unlimited

      stack(kbytes) 262144
      memory(kbytes) 262144
      coredump(blocks) unlimited
      nofiles(descriptors) 10000
      threads(per process) unlimited
      processes(per user) unlimited

      limits file has the following;

      default:
      fsize = 2097151
      core = 2097151
      cpu = -1
      data = 3145728
      rss = 524288
      stack = 524288
      nofiles = 10000

      root:
      fsize = -1
      data = -1
      core = -1

      hci:
      fsize = -1
      core = -1
      cpu = -1
      nofiles = -1
      rss = -1
      stack = -1
      data = -1

      We have open an incident with Infor and am gathering additional information to send.

      Thank you,

      Jim

          Hi Jim, we did have an issue where resending a large bulk of messages (our test case was 250K messages) was abnormally slow.  This was identified on AIX and resolved in 19.1.2.

          But we haven’t seen a case where zero messages would be resent.  Suggest you follow up with a support case (as you plan to) and we can investigate further.

          Thank you!
