I opened a ticket with support about a smat database retention I was having.
David Burkes gave me a WebEx link and in a few clicks pointed out my misunderstanding (my user error). The case was over within a minute.
Now normally in the past this kind of exchange would have going on for several days via several emails “describing” my version of the problem and them “describing” possible solutions. Although I miss the debating and back and forth trying to convince each other who was right, I must say that it was nice to cut to the chase on a Friday morning and move on with other things. Thanks for your help David! (and thanks WebEx) I can retire now. Lol.
