We have a thread that is doing this alot. I’m not real sure what is happening. Cant tell if something is wrong with the HL7 message or what. I have seen this happen going to two different systems, one from our cloverleaf engine to an cloverleaf engine and the one’s below are going to the CSC. Not sure if that’s why or just a coincindence. Can someone point me in the right direction to help fix these?

      Thanks.

          Read this thread:

Also, make sure that your thread has “outbound only” checked on the inbound tab.

Thanks for the reply. i have the outbound box checked. This thread has worked for months and is now starting this. It is set up like all other outbound threads we have and those dont have issues.

              Kevin,

Based on what you have provided, I would take a look at the reply which arrived at the time the errors began and make sure it is as expected and that the validation proc will work with what is received.

It appears the issue is with the acknowledgment validation proc. If that proc is being used without issue in other integrations then I would tend to suspect the reply it is receiving is not a structure it can properly handle or has data content leading the proc astray.

Anyway that is where I would start.
