Java Error when trying to Access 6.2.0.2 with 6.2.2 client

We just upgraded our TEST server and PC client to 6.2.2. Unfortunately, we are having problems accessing our 6.2.0.2 PROD server from the 6.2.2 PC client. When we switch to a PROD GUI or try to open a new PROD GUI, we are getting a basic security credential window popup, we enter credentials, then it errors. You can repeat the cycle forever. We do have our credentials cached, but it does not appear to be working. Error is: javax.ws.NotFoundException:HTTP 404 Not Found

Anyone experience this in their upgrade?

We are on AIX with basic security installed.
