Invision OBF / BCF migration to Cloverleaf

We currently use Siemens OPENLink(23.1) to upload batch files of comments and payments to Siemens Invision (RCO) using their batch control facility. We would like to explore moving this process to our CloverLeaf environment running on AIX 5.2 CL 5.3. If you have made the conversion or know a resource that has accomplished the move, we would appreciate talking to you.
