Invision, IDX Lastword and Carecast

Looking to see if anyone has done an IDX Carecast interface implementation.  We are currently on their Lastword product and I’m evaluating the requirements to convert their interfaces to their new  Carecast application.  We use the Invision system to send ADT to and receive charge data from.  We also send and receive order/result information from lab, rad, dietary.  I’ve heard that they may be using XML but they might be able to accept HL7.  Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
