Interfaces with Cloverleaf and Lab Instruments

Has anybody created Cloverleaf interfaces that receive Lab Instruments and send them to Epic Bridges then Epic Bridges sends them to DI (Data Innovations?  If so could you please let me know your pros and cons and if any issues with Cloverleaf?

While we haven’t done this, I’m wondering wouldn’t the flow of data actually be:

Lab Instruments –> DataInnovations –> Epic     ?

Isn’t Data Innovations a middleware solution for instruments?

Additionally, depending on what you need to accomplish, there may be no “value-added” in putting Cloverleaf in the middle (unless you have to do something additional with the data).
