Interfaceing with SmartPump

We are about to begin selection of a vendor for SmartPumps.

Contract bids are still out, but three considerations that I am aware of are:

Baxter, Braun and Alaris (Cardinal).

Does any one have experience interfacing with SmartPumps, and are there any ‘special’ things that we should consider?..

Because we have not done this type of interfacing previously, I’m a little in the dark about problems, and questions that I should be asking…
