Interface with Iron Mountain

When we haven’t seen a patient in x number of years, their chart goes to an offsite storage facility. The facility has been purchased by Iron Mountain. In the past if the patient scheduled an appointment and their chart was over there, our mainframe would print a request over an ISDN line to a printer at the warehouse. Iron Mountain is consolidating sites and we don’t want to reinstall this solution.

I was wondering if anyone interfaces with Iron Mountain for chart requests.

If so, can you let me know what type of interface you implemented?

I am being told that they have only 2 ways to interface.

1) Through a web page

2) Secure ftp

Rather than reinventing the wheel I thought I’d ask here first.
