Integration with physician office EMR system

We are in the process of evaluating vendors to help us integrate patient results (i.e. Lab, Radiology) directly into physicians office EMR system(s).  A couple of the solutions that we have looked at are Intehealth CarePad, and Novo Innovations NovoGrid.  Has anyone had any experience in working with either of these vendors, and what was your experience with them?  What other vendor(s) has anyone had experience with, and what were the pros and cons?

We were about to start up with Novo Innovations and were very impressed but couldn’t find the money in our budget.  It did seem like the right way to go though.
