Infor recommendations on number of threads and processes per site

Does anyone know what the current Infor recommendations for the number of threads per site, the number of threads per process and the number of processes per site?

  We’ve gone with the recommended standard of no more than 10 processes / site. No more than 10 threads / process.
  
  In our newer environment (starting clean), we have kept threads under 50 / site.

  Our experience with infor support is that “it depends on how beefy the server or LPAR is”, but anytime we have an issue, the answer is “that’s too many.”
  
  I’ve also recently been told that a web services thread “has to have it’s own process.”
  
  If anyone can point to documented recommendations, I’d be interested in seeing that too.
